Future Career Goals: Inpatient/Outpatient Medicine
Q: What inspired you to go into pediatrics?
A: Kids are generally the best and I loved my pediatrics rotation in med school. I think it's very rewarding to make a potential difference in a young life.
Q: What do you enjoy the most about being a pediatrician in training?
A: My co- residents, the significant amount we learn every day, and being able to be there for patients and families during very difficult times.
Q: How do you deal with the challenges you face during residency?
A: I deal with challenges in residency by being able to talk with friends and family. Yoga and running help too :)
Q: What are your plans for the future?
A: I would ideally love to practice both inpatient and outpatient medicine with more of a focus on outpatient peds.
